| Please complete this form to register your teams with the Lakeland Minor Ball League for the 2025 season. The team registration deadline is April 18, 2025. Late registrations WILL NOT be accepted. Should you need to withdraw a team that has been registered, please email admin@lmbl.ca. Late withdrawal fees will apply to teams withdrawn after the team registration deadline. Each team will have its own login and password on the LMBL.ca website. Please provide a contact email to receive the logins and passwords for your association. Once you have your team logins, you can begin adding players, coaches and managers to your team roster. Please ensure that the login information is distributed to team managers. Teams MUST have contact information for two bench staff (typically manager and head coach).
Team names will include association and division (e.g. Marwayne 11U or Elk Point U13). You have the option of providing an association wide team name that will be used for all teams (e.g. Elk Point Pumas U13). You can make special requests regarding team names at the end of the form.
